Imre Steindl

Imre Steindl was a Hungarian architect, best known for designing the Hungarian Parliament Building, who lived from 1839 to 1902.

Imre Steindl was a human born in either Pest or Budapest on October 29, 1839. He died in Budapest on August 31, 1902, and held Hungarian citizenship. He was an architect, most notably known as the architect of the Hungarian Parliament Building.

Steindl was employed by the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and studied under Béla Lajta. His education may have included institutions such as TU Wien, the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
